Went to see The Who on Wednesday. Fucking brilliant show.
Anyway, just because i can, i will now brag that i am the owner of not only an ITA badge, but an ITA lighter too. All thanks to Mikey Cuthbert of ITA fame. Cheers Mikey, yopu are a good man.

AND I had a lighter too - but swapped it with Neil. And it sucks the one he gave me ran out 2 days later. Gonna have to get another one today I think - in fact might get 2!!!

I spoke at length today with Mike Faulkner a WHO fan who actually lives within the City. It seems as though the event is to be held some considerable distance away from the City centre itself. It also seems that there are very few pubs or meeting places near to the actual venue. It has therefore been suggested that anyone wishing to meet up with fellow WHO fans before the gig make their way to a pub called 'YE CRACK' at 3.30PM. (Wednesday). 'YE CRACK' is situated on 'RICE STREET' just off from 'HOPE STREET' and is opposite 'BLACKBURN HOUSE'.(It is tucked away in a back street so keep your eyes open and if you get lost ask one of the locals for directions) The pub is approximately 1 hours walking distance away from the venue. However, it has been suggested as a starting point from which we may take on a few pubs along the way. Obviously anyone who wishes to order a taxi from the pub can do so and arrive directly at the event.
'YE CRACK' is not on any Beatles tourist map but those of you wishing to get a 'quirky' experience from the day might like to know that it was the pub where John Lennon used to regularly drink at when he attended Art college.
If you need any details or further information Mike has kindly given his permission for me to give out his mobile phone number. Mike is at work both Monday and Tuesday and requests people only ring him after 3.30PM on those days.
